Starting his musical journey at the young age of 17, by playing the Classical Double Bass, Viwe Mkizwana's interest in music led him to the Tshwane University of Technology where he received his National Diploma in Jazz and Popular Music in 2011.
The artist’s talents have seen him share the stage with the likes of Titi Luzipo, Spha Mdlalose and many others. Successfully forming The Mkizwana Ensemble in 2014, he went on to release their very well received debut album “African Skies” in 2016.
